Fixed joints

For Volkswagen and other customers we produce wheel-side fixed joints for the transmission of power to the wheel and gearbox.

Outer diameter: 80 – 115 mm
length: 100 – 160 mm

Spline shafts

For Volkswagen we produce two kinds of spline shafts:

Full shafts

length: 350 – 1000 mm
diameter: 20 – 45 mm

Three-part welded tubular shafts

Pipe diameter: 30 – 60 mm
Tube wall thickness: 3 – 6 mm
length: 450 – 1000 mm

VL-joints

For IFA Rotorion and other customers we produce VL joints in various sizes and types – not only disc joints, but also bell-shaped VL joints.

Outer diameter: 50 – 160 mm

Side shafts

As a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier for Daimler we Sideshafts ago:

• for light commercial vehicles with four-wheel drive
• for the rear axle of light commercial vehicles
